Hey all! Here’s a fun Easter treat that I’ve made twice in the last couple of weeks. These adorable Easter M&M cookies come together quickly and are a crowd pleaser. I followed this recipe from Gluesticks with ease (click on the link to find the recipe).
Overall, these are a winner! I will definitely be adding them to my Easter baking rotation next year.
Be sure to keep an eye on them, so you don’t get them too crispy. I like a softer cookie, so I lean more toward an 8-10 minute bake time. Next time, I am going to stick them in the freezer for 10-20 minutes before I bake them to keep them from spreading.
