Hi, I’m Farah. This blog is my homage to food and the food bloggers who have and who continue to inspire and motivate me to create delicious, diverse and wholesome meals for my family. When I was growing up, I was the kid in school whose lunches often included curries, rice pilafs and other homemade (read: insanely delicious) Indian and East African dishes. At the time, I wanted nothing more than PB & J on white bread. These (at the time, exotic) lunches embarrassed me, usually because of the smells, which would overpower my classroom and let it be known that I was the kid with the smelly lunch.
